    Hello folks
Now I could solve on extruder issue.
Nozzle makes output of melting filament.

I am trying to adjust on start z axis position.
    It looks not good enough.
But guide says as it should be as name card thickness.

    I have following question.
Q1) How plastics are stayed on hot plate ?
Do we need some thing like glue ? both side scotch tape for stop.

Q2) How much hight is necessary at start of Z axis ?

Q3) How to determine Extruder speed with filament size ?

    regards

Once you get the height right for the z axis, make sure you adjust the z axis limit switch aswell.

Now I have recognized steps for adjusting Z axis, result should be confirmed with Z-Home position by Repetier.
I could achieve some of layer stayed on plate.
Still Z-axis balance is not enough and need to solve more adjusting.
Limit switch setting and also 2 Z axis tuning are key. and procedure clarification is 10mm up Z-axis and Z home position .

You should try using blue painters tape from 3M, ABS sticks well to that. If your nozzle height is right, this should solve your problem.

    Hi,

i also use ABS. My best config was
    Speed 20
    Temp.225 C
    bed temp: 100 C

and then the distance between nozzle and bed must absolute be perfect. also check if your bad is on the right height on any position (not only on the home position), also on the center center position.

    hope this helps
