OS Corrupted in Update

    I updated my printer and now the printer freezes shortly after booting up or just gets stuck at the Red robo screen. Can anyone help me with getting a fresh copy of the OS/installing the new copy?

    You didn't backup the SD card when you got the printer?
    Shame on you :)
    You need to make Robo pony up the replacement SD card (at a minimum) however if you search the forum you can find at least one copy that someone posted for download and use it to recreate the SD card. The downside to that is that you need to change the printer name after doing that. Should be an entire thread on that as well.

    I have the file downloaded but I'm a little fuzzy on how to properly put that image on the sd card
