In the past we have had clogging nozzles issues so i have increase the heat a little and it worked perfect and then just lately we have been getting this result. any ideas?

If you have changed filament and this started happening around that time, you may need to recheck your temperatures as well. The guide @WheresWaldo has pointed you to is an excellent start, there are a couple of others you can use as well. Stringing can be from a variety of things, but heat and retraction are the big ones.
