    Hello,

I don't know how, but the print cooling fan on my printer doesn't seem to work, making my prints curl up on the edges. I tried swapping the fan itself from one of out working Robos and it still didn't work. I thought then it could be the connection to the ramps board so I purchased new fans that connected to the ramps directly and it still doesn't turn on during the print. Everything else is working great. Could something be wrong with the ramps board or is there anything else I need to do to get it back up and running during my prints?

The cooling option in Cura is also activated, those settings haven't changed at all.

Thanks for all the help in advance!

Hi Victoria, could you please attach a screenshot of your fan settings in your slicer just so we can verify.

Also if the polarity is backwards the fan won’t spin

Can you verify the fan is plugged in correctly ?

Try flipping the wiring on the fan. 12vDC fans should be reversible (and they would spin backwards) but not all of them support it :)
