Try running the bed colder for start.
DO you need it that hot for adhesion?

I am using PLA, I don't really know how hot the bed is supposed to be. When you say colder, whereabouts is that? is around 30c good.

    Zero is good. :)

    Anything that works is good.
If I run a heated bed for PLA it is usually just to give me confidence it will stick and I have not used anything over 40c.

40-60 for me if I'm using the heater. Also use hair spray just because. It typically doesn't warp at all. Make sure that first layer is running nice and slow. You dont want it going full speed and that the z offset is good. if your initial Z isn't right all bets are off :D .

I did some experiments with PLA a while back. I wanted to see what (if anything) was needed.
So I used bare glass, no heat. It generally stuck, but some models would release.
Added hairspray, 95% of everything just worked. With a little bed heat added I have never had a PLA release.

The minimal bed heat is good insurance, but is not absolutely required. If I had adjusted print speeds and acceleration it would have been fine cold.

I have had good luck with printing PLA at 200C and 50C. Anything higher than 200C and I start to seeing oozing. I always use Elmer's Glue Stick as well just to make sure! I got some hairspray but have not used it yet.

I would definitely double check your First Layer and make absolute sure its perfect! No exceptions! Also a few of the pictures look like under extrusion, may want to check the calibration of your Esteps again. I know you have been told this a million times but still doesn't hurt to check. You have been trying a bunch of changes and I just want to make sure you are still calibrated, also since you just changed filaments. Make sure the bed is level as well, probably not the issue since it spans the whole part and not just a portion. Just my 2 cents! :)

I found another random problem. My RAMPS board fan burnt out on the bottom of the printer. I did have another one from my other 3d printer that fit the pins, but I am wondering why it burnt out. Could it have been shipped like that or is this new one going to burn out as well.
    Thanks
    Eric

Alright, here is my latest print. It is the best I've had so far. The feet that stick out warped up but only on one side, I'm wondering if maybe I had some plastic on the bed when it ran G29 making that side higher up. Ideas?

Thank you all so much for your help and support. I now have a working printer, and I am very happy with the results. Turns out the other spools of filament(the white and red) were still good, and it was just the printer messing up. Thank you so much I couldn't have done this without you!

    Thanks,
    Eric
