Poor Extrusion?

At a guess I'd say it looks like it printed a bit on the 'too hot' side, but there are some other defects going on there in addition to that I think.

 

and (I've said this many times before I know, but) don't depend on two spools of the same filament type printing best at the same temperature I usually run something small and quick (like a DePrime test object) with every new spool and fiddle until I find the sweet spot and write that number on the spool.
