I need suggestions. I am using inland PETG . I don't know what causes this and need suggestions. I can print in PLA and ABS just fine. I am using the Robo Cura app for windows.[IMG][IMG][IMG]

it's hard to tell if that is over extrusion or just plain melting. What are the exact settings for temp, retraction, cooling, resolution etc? that will help others help you.

More or less it is the default settings for PETG in the robo app. All the settings are in the pictures attached.[IMG][IMG]

Turn down the temperatures. I run at 215. Don't heat the bed. Leave this off.

You typically don't want cooling on PETG.
Did you also reduce the "initial layers" temps?

I took the cooling off. Yes, I also adjusted the initial temps as well. I think I finally got it. The lower temps made it much worse. The spool has a sticker on it that says 230c-259c. I went back to 230 and adjusted the flow until it looked right. I'm up to 107%.

Good so far. No cooling, 40mm/s, 235c, bed 50c, flow 7%.[IMG]
