print head jamming into bed after calibration

    what am I doing wrong
    I have a Robo R2 and things were fine but now
    i calibrate the bed then start a print
    and the print head jams into the bed
    what version of software do i need to stop this from happening
    thanks
    I use Simplifly 3d to generate my Gcode files

    While it is usually a software/leveling/gcode issue it can be hardware. The UV Sensor that reads the bed position may be faulty (but that is rare).

    Thanks everyone it was the update that I did that crashed my machine
    so the build I am using now that works is
    Marlin.R2.1.1.7.hex
