Issue one seems like something is binding or spinning free. are all your belts the same tension if you push on them?

Issue one, either that filament is jammed up in there, or the stepper is having some issues or a bad connection. The black plastic comes off and you can see the wiring. I'd try unplugging it and re plugging it in (machine powered off when doing this)

Tension on all the belts seems similar.

As for connection I’m actually doing it right now

I haven’t had chance to test it out again but I will give it a try later tonight if not tomorrow but hopefully that solves the issue otherwise not sure if I need to replace the wiring for the stepper motor or something

So finally tried it out with regular pla, and would you know it. It didn't work, in the first try of filament loading it started making the same noise as in the video. I cleaned up everything tried it through manual motor controls it works, try to run it through filament change or try to run a program and it starts having issues. But for now still waiting to hear back from Robo.

If this were an R1/R1+ I'd bet on the stepper driver needing replacement. On the C2/R2 that is moot and either the stepper is bad or the control board is kaput :(

Currently, and sadly i have no clue. I'm gonna call Robo little later have someone from 2nd tier call me back or something because I've been having constant issues, First pogo pins, then the extruder, then the filament feed sensor, then minor issues with bed, and now this.

So I spoke with one of the representatives and he told me to oil the pla and remove some jam with guitar wire.

It seems to work for now, but the issue still there when it comes to changing the filament. So a little partial happy ending I suppose for now.

And thank you for all the help from all of you as well

Oil it every time you change filament. You will probably be fine

Yeah I’m designing a Oiler/ cleaner that I can add on to where the runout sensor is, once it’s done I’ll put it up If someone else wants to print one
