printer arrived with broken boro plate

i just receiver my brand new robo3d printer today, after unpacking i noted that the glass plate is broken on two places at the front side of the printer , basically it is broken between the two mounting screws at the front side of the printer and the front part of the glass is hanging down. see attached photos.
The packaging (dhl outer box or inner box) doesn't seems to be damaged.

please advise how this problem will be resolved
