While trying to print ABS filament with printing temperature 240 Deg C & bed temperature 80 deg C ,
Observation 1: Rate of raise of temperature is very slow (even for PLA printing too)
Observation 2 : After 20-25 minutes, Getting error message as Connection Interrupted .
Being brand new printer , we are bit annoyed with this phenomena . So kindly provide your input to proceed forward

Contact Robo3D via the telephone (we are just users like you here on the forum) and get in touch with a 2nd tier technician (you will need to schedule a call with them) and get the warranty exchange started. We can't do anything else for you. There is no simple fix this is a problem with the bed connectors and they are working on a design change.
