I am printing a part, which is essentially a hollow cylinder with the hole in the Z axis.
I'm getting a small gap, creating two nested cylinders.
I'm currently set for 4mm perimeters. I tried changing this, but I get the same gap.
The part is built in OpenSCAD and has no gap here.

    What would cause this?

Depends on the slicer settings, but with Simplify3D I would suspect outline overlap or one of the layer overlap options.
