Partial Answer R1+ bed heater issue

    I have an issue getting the bed to heat up. When I add power to the bed heater it gets hot, and when I plug the thermistor into the extruder Port it reads ambient temperature. But when it's plugged into the bed port it reads 0 and the bed heater Port has no power. Any ideas?

    Bad RAMPS board.
    That bed MOSFET has been known to fail (no power, no heat to bed) and in your case apparently the analog for the bed temperature is failing too. That part is actually worse since it may mean the Arduino itself is failing as well.

    Thanks Mark, the ramps was suspect. That sucks about tha arduino too. I'll start with the ramps and work my way back. I appreciate your help.
