Solved r1+ fan connections on ramps have no power

    We had a problem with the r1+ ramps board not providing power to fan1, fan2 or led. We replaced ramps board and it worked for a while but now is not powering these 4 connectors. Are there known issues with the r1+ ramps boards and power to these components? We can't think of anything we did to break it. We merely plugged and unplugged the fans, probably while the system was on.????

    The only issue with the RAMPS boards is that they are often cheaply made (generic ones are worse since they are often a low as $10).
    Maybe check your power supply to make sure it is not running a lot higher than 12v, but that is rare,
