    Hey all,

    I've just been given an old Robo3D. The guy who gave it to me started having some problems with it and decided to get a Prusa instead of fixing it up. I'm really new to this whole thing so I'm not really sure what this means. Here is a link to my last print Robot print problems.

    Some things to note:

    * One of the Y belt clips broke, I have printed a new one

    * The back part that the bed sits on(not sure what it's called) was cracked, so I have printed a new one of those. The magnets have fallen off of the bed at all but one corner, I am using clips to hold the bed in place

    * If I tug gently on a side of the bed, the right side seems to have less friction (hence why I've printed a new Y axis bearing housing. Immgoing to start using copper brushes)

    * I am using S3D. 0.2mm layer height. 205/65 for the temps.

    Please let me know if anything I have mentioned may be causing the issue. Also, shout if there is anything else you might need to know.

    EDIT: I'm new so I cant link to the Imgur album. Here are the images[IMG]

    Start with calibrating the extruder. It looks like a bit of over extrusion there.
