R2 Screen went black

    I recently got a R2 printer (3 weeks ago) and have printed 2 test projects. Now, my screen is black and no longer going on. I tried everything they suggested in the troubleshooting page and nothing has worked. I emailed and called but haven't heard anything. Does anyone know how I can fix this???

    Setup an appointment for service to call you -- you may have done this already via email: https://robo3d.com/pages/contact-us
    You need replacement of the machine (or the screen if you are able to do the replacement -- but that is non-trivial).
