Yea, I have a UPS account, but the statuses aren't updating for my tracking number for some reason. I tried to click the link to do pre-release signature, and I keep getting a dead link. May need to try it on a different PC . ..

Your not alone, I can't manage my shipment either. I called UPS late last night and they couldn't do it over the phone either - they said there was a piece of information that was missing that needed to be provided by the sender, I don't remember the details but, I just wanted them to hold it at my local UPS depot for pick-up and they couldn't even arrange that. My UPS account is showing a scheduled delivery date as of this afternoon though, so I'm going to call and try once more.

LOL if that means you only actually ordered one.

Yea, I only ordered one (and was only charged or one back in October). In touch with Robo3D . . . I'm guessing they'll send a UPS request to pick it up . . .

Probably, assuming they don't have the nerve to ask you to pay shipping to return it.

Dang, I only received one! But it's a keeper.

Pick one and test it before letting the other go back. If it's good you're fine. If it's DOA then that's the one you want to send back.

Good idea. Working on the Z-Axis calibration thing right now . . . . I've done it twice, but it still starts printing about a centimeter above the print bed. I'm missing something . . . .

Todd - Same here at first. The Z Offset Wizard only gets you kinda close. Gotta do this instead:
    1. Connect the printer to WiFi.
    2. Update the printer's software over WiFi (mine needed updating).
    3. Now you'll have a Fine Tune Offset Wizard in the Utility section.
    4. Run the Fine Tune Offset Wizard. It prints a straight line. Use the up/down buttons to move the bed as needed. It then prints another line. Repeat adjustments until you have a semi-compressed line.
    5. Press Save.
My Fine Tune Offset ended up being -7.64
