Register your R2 Warranty Online

    Don't forget to register your R2 warranty online at:

    I believe under US law a company can't deny warranty because the owner failed to register their product, but it's a good idea to do so.

    There was some question a while back on Kickstarter as to warranty for Kickstarter units. After submitting the online form I received a reply acknowledging that I was registered.

    The form indicated a 2 year warranty for the R2. However the R2 spec page on the Robo website says 1 year. Don't know which is correct.

    It "activates" your warranty.

    I already tossed my r2 box. Is the serial on the machine itself somewhere?

    Serial number is on a sticker in the back panel, it is not a typical number but rather two unrelated words.
