Resuming Failed prints...

    Did anybody hear from this company or receive a resumer? I sent them an email 9 months ago, and yesterday but never received a reply to either email. Are they still in business?

    I actually have one somewhere. I just have not had a chance to try it out before I got tied up in house remodeling and now -- God Only Knows where that unit got off to :) If I find it I will see about hooking it up.

    They responded to my email, and asked for my address. Maybe they will mail one.

    They mailed one from Amazon but there's one problem. I read the enclosed instruction book. It states that it could only work if the machine is printing from an internal memory card. It's not designed to work if the printer is tethered to a computer but it requires setting it up the Resumer while it's connected to a computer.
