Ribbon cable pinouts

Where can I find the ribbon cable pinouts for the uptown and downtown boards including the ribbon that goes from the uptown to the control board? Thank you.

 

I've actually read that post before but it was awhile back when I was just scoping out the place. I had forgotten about and for some reason thought I had already searched the forums again for it. I've got too many projects going on at once. lol Thank you for your time. I appreciate it!
