    Robo 3D Technical Support Team,

My Robo 3D just arrived today with one problem. The borosilicate glass has a 1 1/2" crack radiating from one of the screw holes to the edge. It looks like the screw was tightened too much in assembly. I attached a photo of the crack below. I am afraid that if I turn on the bed heat it will crack completely off. If you send me a replacement bed I can reattach it with no problem (I'm an electrical engineer). It would be helpful if you could include some of the tape used to attach the thermistor.

Also a question - my Robo 3D's Z stop limit microswitch seems to be installed backwards. Can you confirm that the proper orientation is for the screw to hit the cantilevered side of the lever and not directly over the switch contact? This is discussed on the forum but there has been no Robo 3D technical support confirmation of this on the forum.

    Thanks and best regards,
