Moved to C2 forum and you should have been granted access to the Shared drive -- I got the request this morning and already accepted it.

Thanks, I´ve already downloaded the files, but i cant make the printer to run. Ive tried with 2 different touchscreens and both stays white. Could you give me some advise?
    • I´ve tried both iso in the files, the C2 HDM and the Robo C2 GPIO. With the HDMI iso i get a WIFI signal from the printer, but no image on both touchscreen.

Either the LCD is dead or not connected correctly. You either have an HDMI connection to the LCD from the Raspberry Pi or you have a larger ribbon cable that drives it. In both cases there is a small ribbon cable that come back to the Pi from the LCD for the touchscreen.

Make sure that the Pi is connected to the LCD. Make sure the Pi is booting correctly.

You can hook up an HDMI monitor to the Pi and boot a standard/generic Raspbian image to verify that the Pi is working corredctly. Download the Raspbian image and put it on an SD card and swap that into the Pi then connect an HDMI monitor and fire it up to see what you get. If that works then go back to trying the boot from the RoboSD card

You can try to replace the LCD, but first I would verify that the cables are connected correctly to it from the Pi.

The C2 FAQ has a link to the LCDs on Amazon --> http://community.robo3d.com/index.php?threads/faq-c2.19861/#post-135451

You can control the Printer with OctoPrint which is loaded ont the SD card from Robo. You just need to get the IP address from the printer and point your web browser at it.

If the printer is not configured yet for your WiFi then you will not be able to get to the web interface -- unless you have an hardwire LAN you can plug it into ...

You need to know which type yours is to know if it needs the HDMI version or the Digital I/O version. If the printer did not contain an HDMI cable connected to the LCD from the Pi then it is not the HDMI image you need.

    Thanks for you help.
Mine doesnt have the HDMI ribbon to the LCD, the lcd has 26 pins and thats all.
When I turn on the printer it has his own wifi network but ill try to connect via ethernet.
In this case, wich image should i boot on the Raspberry?

    The one labeled Robo_C2_GPIO_v2.zip
That is the one for non-HDMI printers.

Make sure you extract the ISO then use Win32DiskImager to write the ISO to an Sd card (16gb or larger) and swap that into the Raspberry Pi (the SD card is on the back near one edge of the Pi)

Thanks, I did that and the touch screen is still not working, however, i plug the HDMI and i had the interface on mi monitor, but like 3 minutes later i got a message that says

    Connection Interrupted
Please reset the connection to the printer controls. If error persists, please call customer service and report : Connection Offline.

Also, i connected the TouchScreen directly to the Raspberry, and is still in white.
    Thanks for your help.

OK, the "Connection Interrupted" happens when the Raspberry Pi can not connecto the controler board via the USB cable.
A bad USB cable can cause this so start by checking that the cable is fully connected on both ends and that you try a new cable.

i tried switching cables with others that i have and it didnt work. It only works with the cable that it comes with the printer, i plug in an arduino blue cable and still nothing.
With the original cable it gives me image on the HDMI port for like 5 minutes and the it gives me the error.
    What should i try next?

If you can hook up the HDMI to a monitor I'd suggest creating a boot image on an SD card of the Generic Raspberry Pi OS (Buster is the current version) and put that in the Pi and try to boot it with the external monitor connected and a keyboard connected to the Pi on a USB port (there are 4 ports on the Pi so this will not be a problem).

This will verify that the Raspberry Pi is functioning correctly if the image boots and works.

I want to tell you about my interesting monkey bars images. Monkey bars are usually designed with the monkeys' natural surroundings in mind, trying to recreate the conditions that would best suit their natural lifestyle. This can include creating climbing walls, wooden platforms, ponds, lily pads, and other elements that promote activity, social interaction, and development of monkey species.
