Partial Answer Robo c2 won't start print

    When trying to start a print the printer does not cooperate. Initially all seems wells and running through the options for material, supports and such works fine. Once all options are answered and the print should be ready to start the machine heats up and calibrates. It then lays down a strip of material then stops. The screen returns to the main menu and no error message is given. Please help this is so confusing

    Sounds like you are getting an error, the initial strip is the priming line.
    It *might* stop after that if it needed to reheat or something, but there is more likely an error.

    If you are printing connected to a computer, use the GCode terminal to find the error the printer is reporting.
