Nice and minimal, I like it.

Kinda worried your couplers for autoleveling might hit the helical couplers before it can home fully. At least that was the issue I ran into, though mine was a little more into the carriage.

Well, we'll find out. If it does, heck, fixing it is the fun part.
I dont use autolevel and I deleted the helical couplers and printed my own so, might get lucky. It was a huge improvement but, if you hold some prints to the light just right, you can still see a little 8mm ripple. When I get to my hanger (which doubles as my Machine Shop), I'm going to machine a couple of screws down to 5mm on one end and make a couple of solid aluminum couplers - see if that improves anything. If it doesnt, total replacement of the Z drive with an aluminum bridge, ground ball drives and mounted Thompson Rods are next. That'll show the Z ribbing who's boss :)
Not a big fan of the steppers Robo used either, that 90 degree dual faceting cant be helping concentricity...

    You're using Chrome?
It *should* offer one up after a short wait.. That's what both IE and Firefox does..

    I'm still new to this...
OK, just played with Chrome.. it's pretty stupid. I'll see if I can find out the fix.

Seems like... based on my experience with cooling fan ducts.. you might be pushing the limits of space in the upper portion of the housing in the y direction. That is... homing the x axis above 4 inches or so would hit the side. But ... if you're running topless... np..

I had a similarly shaped fan duct and the fan housing would collide with the robo super structure housing when near X extremes above the bottom wide bit of housing.

good catch. I *am* pushing the limits but, not too far..

    -X and +X limits @ Z = 125mm, respectively..

Your carriage must be narrower or limits different. Mine was similar in profile, but had a good 5-10 mm before the x stop.

The fans actually will hit when I get above 180mm Z. I've never printed anything that tall but if the mood ever strikes me to do so, I'll trim the housing.

All installed and wired... now If I could just get all the firmware changes in place - neither extruder turns..
