Actually those log are totally unhelpful. They are OctoPrint logs not terminal logs. Not sure OctoPrint keeps terminal logs.

I would suggest monitoring the machine while its printing (with the bottom cover off). I had wierd issues where the machine would do similar and it was the power cord to the raspberry pi. If its shutting down you'll be able to see the boards lights go out then come back on, but you'll have to watch it, or stick a camera on it and record whats happening. OR while its running start wiggling the raspberry pi connections and see if you can make it fail.

    Thanks for the reply,
The thing is that watch it is not an option since it happens only in big prints ( 10 hours or so ), Can i somehow check the wiring BEFORE printing ?

I had to set up an ipad on a stand, plug it in and record a video while it was printing to find what part of the machine was shutting down.

see quoted area above from my above post on the "wiggle test"

the powercord is the small cord that goes to the front bottom right of the raspberry pi in your picture.

Your welcome :D. Mine would restart if I held the wire and moved back and forth. If yours does as well you can (if your ok with it) wire in a phone chargers cord. Cut off the USB end and use the Red and black wires, splice into the wires/connector at the main board. of course power off and unplugged from both boards :D

The screen is connected to the raspberry pi. You may just have a corrupt SD image. Have you tried putting a new one on it? One of the first things I did was put a larger (I used 32, 16 gig is fine) micro SD card with a new image on the Rasberry Pi.

A generic image is here :
    http://community.robo3d.com/index.php?threads/need-an-image-of-the-r2s-microsd-card.18831/

to install the new image Robo has instructions here:

    https://help.robo3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001135952-Writing-an-image-to-your-SD-Card

I use windiskimgr (free download online) but etcher is likely fine as well if thats what they suggest using. The issue with doing this is you'll need to rename your device or just deal with the device having a different name. if you want YOUR SD image you need to get ahold of Robo support and have them send you the image :D
