Robo3d DoA (Damaged on Arrival)

    Hi guys,

    I received my robo3d yesterday. As I unpacked it - I found the print plate / surface broken. I sent an email message through the "contact us" page - however I haven't heard back.

    I'm attaching pictures I took as I was unpacking the printer.

    Is there any way I can drop off the printer at your facility for repairs? I live in San Diego.

    Hi Arvind,

    We are sending you another build platform. It has happened a few times. Now we have a packaging expert coming in to help. Apologies for that! Let us know when you receive the platform and if you need any help installing it.
