See how those affect it and then look at a slicer swap if you want to try something else.
You can use a different host program entirely if you want (MatterControl is not the only choice and most are not printer specific)

Here is the rationale for my answer, direct from the Marlin 1.1.x documentation
Jerk is calculated differently in Marlin 1.0.X and 1.1.x So I am not sure lowering the numbers is appropriate in this instasnce. Again according to Marlin's own documentation

Guys, I think my Robo has a soul and a brain ( an autonomous one) and a character as well. Now, after I achieved a good level of printing..... guess what: my bed is not heating anymore! Checked the voltage on D8, the port for heating and 0, nothing. Aldo I press preheat bed from MC, the voltage on D8 is 20mV for 10 sec and then is 0. I am getting challenged every day :D. Could you give me an ideea before changing the mosfet for that port?
    Thank you!

Swap the RAMPS. Or swap the MOSFET, but in rare cases it is not just the MOSFET.
Good luck, known issue with the RAMPS in general. Add a heatsink to the MOSFET if it doesn't have one already.
