It is very minimally customized, really.

No, there is nothing centralized nor a repository. Definitely needs improvement.
It could be on GITHUB or sourceforge frankly.

You fault sounds as though it could be a RAMPS board failure. If you want to swap one in for a test they are relatively cheap.
(or you need to go through the tech support guys for a warranty claim).

What you need to do, is to save all downloads, with a proper folder naming scheme, for all your downloads and updates.

I suggested to Coby they host the firmware on GitHub. He was not interested

Alas, they make strange choices I don't fully understand.

They fear what ignorant users will do, but in the end they just hurt educated users capabilities.

Infuriating. We need to start a forum thread advocating the idea or someone here should start hosting them themselves. Then they'd at least be centralized. New distros could be added as they emerge from wherever the f*** they come from. (Who knows??? There's no repo!)

The "software links wherever" issue seriously wasted a few hours of my valuable time. Grr.

I still want wiki.robo3d.com to be useful.

Though someone on their end has to care enough to start it.
