    Hey Team,
I upgraded to Marlin 1.1.9 using Novice Experts build from his Youtube video.
I am trying to get the Z Offset set by printing a large flat X pattern I found on thingiverse and wanted to adjust the Z offset using the motion menu on the fly to dial it in.
Its just looks like that its not adjusting on the fly like it does on my Ender3 using a 1.1.9 build.

Is there any setting in the firmware that needs to be enabled to be able to adjust during a print? I know about the babysteps but I want a permanent solution to set the Z offset in firmware.

    Thanks everyone

Need a link to the firmware source, or we can't tell you what to fix.

IIRC it is in Configuration_adv.h you need to enable babystepping combined with M851, line 752

Thanks for that one. Will compile and get it uploaded to my printer shortly. I am actually looking at 2.0 now so may just get that installed and get all corrections done.

That is what I would do also, 2.0 is the future of Marlin.
