Show and Tell from Michigan.

    Howdy Y'all, I am finally fixing to show y'all some stuff I've printed out. And I got my printer finally working thanks to Matt over at printed solid.

    Here is the base of the operation.

    The quality of the prints looks pretty bad compared to what I'm seeing on mine. Have you played with the settings at all? Or did you just fire it up with the PLA settings and stock spool?

    the blue pla given yith the printer is prety bad so .... But still i would recomand you to print a fanduct it really heps a lot for most of the prints

    also try to add a fey op layers (you can go up to 4-5)

    Yeah, something is definitely wrong with that printer because I'm a 3D printing newb and my prints look 1000x better than those.

    also try to play around yith the tension on the filament (the 2 spring loaded screws above your extruder)

    Your first layer needs lowered. There should not be a gap inbetween the lines on the first layer. Also you need to add more top layers. The y connector and the first box you have what is called "pillowing". Add more top layers to fix that. 5 top layers should fix it.
