Looks like he printed that, did some post processing, and painted it.

Because it can also do things like this:

Pretty sure this is as small as I can reasonably go without switching to a smaller nozzle (this is with a 0.4 on the E3D - using the 0.25 didn't go so well in my brief testing). ETA: Those are about half the length and 1/4 the volume of the one that fits on my fingertip. I couldn't even take pictures of these the same way because the slightest wiggle of my hand and they'd fall off, they're so tiny.

There are a number of other parameters you need to tweak (in my experience) when you drop the nozzle size... sort of like when you drop the layer thickness....it impacts the flow in a number of ways.

Those prints look really good BTW.

Use it all the time, rolls fair as far as I can tell, E3d (.4) hot end.

I've got my printer now for 3 weeks and I bought it second hand. 3 weeks of problem solving and in the mean time learn a lot of my machine. This is the result, printed in bluish white from Colorfab. 1.75mm,210 c, heatbed off, e3d v6, nozzle .4mm

Thanks you, getting reactions from you about the ambitious bridging is for me a confirmation that I'm on the right track with my machine :)
Thank you, same answer that I gave Matt, and in real live it looks good also ;)
