I have been using Simplify3d for a few months now I just started running into problems.

    First,
If I place a model toward the back of the printer, last few inches, and Simplify3d shows it on the bed in the build area but yet sometimes, not always, it tries to print it past the actual build plate outline. I have also had this problem with the z-axis height.

    Can anyone help?

One thing to realize is that the markings on the bed makes no real world correspondence. Meaning they are phantoms. What's going on with the z axis??

Make sure S3D knows the exact dimensions of your build area not what Robo told them it was.

Also sound like you mean the white lines that indicate the heated area. Please note that the actual printable space is bigger than the heated space.
