So after my test print (which went well), I'm starting first print, a little toy car. The slicing is taking painfully long, which lead me to look at the processor usage. Sad to see, it only is using 13%, which is one of my 8 possible cores/processors. This is very disappointing. Has anyone found a way around this or is usage of another program recommended?

Some slicers will happily use all cores.

    There is a comparison here:

"KISSlicer and Simplify3D Creator use all cores on a multicore cpu for parallel slicing. This really cuts down the slicing time."

They do a lot more comparisons, not bad info.
