Slic3r problem

Ello peeps! i reicently received my robo 3d printer and set up the repetier settings according to the guide. however, after i had set up my slic3r settings, the drop boxes for the print settings printer settings and extruder number where greyed out and i could not select them. i assumed it was a bug but the settings where not applied to the print. if anyone knows how to fix this, please reply.

Did you remember to save them when you set them up?

 

Ya i did basically it worked for my first print but after i closed the program the next time i started it up it would not let me change them :/
