I spend much of today on and off trying to print this tank. Ive printed it at about 2.5 inches, but wanted to try it at micro machine size. had to slice the heck out of it because there just wanst enough material for supports and any drooping at all looked terrible.

I got a reasonable result, not perfect, but still pretty cool.

I agree people have to realize that as the prints get smaller and smaller the resolution used comparatively grows worse and worse. A grouping of 5 layers may indeed make a nice rounded edge on a medium sized print but unless you also increase the resolution those nice rounds edges become stair steps due to the fact that there are simply not enough lines to let it smooth nicely.
