Sticky: RoBo3D Order Status?

Forum members : Please kindly keep us posted by putting your order number and the day that you received your RoBo3d printer in this thread. Greatly appreciate.

 

I just want to keep everybody posted. Yesterday, April 25.... RoBo 3D processed through order # 2176. that made on March 3rd. Many thanks to Chrisinnewark for this update.

I'm sorry. Unfortunately, I'm a new member as you in this forum. Therefore, I made this thread in hope that everybody who recently received their RoBo 3D printer, keep us posted.

My order number is 2362. I send Jerry an email this early morning about the ETA of my printer shipment. Within a few hour, Jerry reply that's my order will send out in a week or two. Look like the RoBo3d team is on their schedule. By the way, we are going to get the upgraded printer as well if anyone who ordered their printer after my order number. Great thanks to the RoBo3D team.

 

I ordered my printer Mar 4th order # 2167 and still haven't received my printer. I contacted Jerry and he explained that they were waiting on part these past couple of weeks, so they were working on pla model only. Also said that my printer should be shipping by the end of the week.

 

Wow... Sorry to hear you wait that long. I believe they are making some change, including a better hot end, to the printer. Unfortunately, your order number is on their cutoff between the old printer and the new one. If that's the case there will be 200 + happier customers. Please keep us posted as soon you receive your printer. Thanks in advance.

 

Just to let everyone know my printer is on its way home should be here by monday. Order # 2167. Also just received a email that it will have the auto bed leveling kit.

Guess what guys!!! My printer came in, I feel like a little kid right now.... My order was #2167. I had to wait about 8 weeks when I quoted 4-5 weeks. But it was well worth the wait they even gave me the upgraded version due to the wait time. Thins printer is awesome. already printed a working mini whistle.

 

Im # 2332 and I was told I would receive an updated printer.
Perhaps the numbers after mine will be the updated printers.
Very happy so far with the customer support replying to my questions.

Can you post a picture of the whistle and/or some other prints so we can see how the latest robo3d revision is printing out of the box please. And maybe some pics of the printer

 

I will post more pics off items I printed. My son lost the whistle. I will print one today and post.

 

Wow....beautiful.

 

Out of the box it prints very well. After a few print fails, I figured out that I still had to adjust the z axis and to turn off the heat bed for PLA because some of my prints would warp.

 

Here is one failed part still came out pretty good. That was my second print.

For some reason it didn't print the blade. If anyone find out why please let me know.
