So..... 6 months ago I purchased a roll of T-glass Green 1.75mm. I was very new to printing and I did not know what I was getting into with this t-glass. After many failed attempts, could not complete a 1st layer due to jams, I gave up. After doing some read it looked like my 0.4mm nozzle was to small.

So, here we are months later and now have a lot more experience with print everything for PLA, ABS, Wood, PetG, Flex filaments. So lets give T-glass another go. So I changed out my hotend and put in a 0.8mm nozzle, and guess what.... I can not get it to print.... On closer exam i realized why I had jams on jams. On measuring the filament, the dia it ranged from 1.85mm to 1.93mm, with an average of 1.90mm. It looks like I was getting jammed as it entered the cold end...

    So now what....

Hexagon bore can't handle anything that out of spec. I'd be interested in trying it in my e3d :)
