    Hello,
I have tried using my USB/Hard Drive on my Robo e3 and it says "USB not recognized" "Please try again later". I tried a few hours later and still didn't work. I was wondering if it's a problem with the 3d printer or if it's just a problem with the USB.

The R2/C2 can do this because they have a Raspberry Pi internally with Linux (which supports mounting external drives).
The R1/R1+ and likely the E3 do not have Pi internally and the internal control boards do not have an operating sytem.

I am not certain on the E3 since I never saw one, but @Geof can probably answer that more definitively
