I have used tinkercad for a while now and I want 2 Step Up to a better cad program. I am willing to pay for the program. But I want a program where I am not renting it if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Fusion 360, free to academics, enthusiasts or startups.

Fusion 360 all the way. Lots of great videos from Autodesk on how to use it.

Youtuber and fellow Robo user @ChaosCoreTech has some good 101 videos on Fusion 360 as well. I also started with Tinkercad and really have no regrets going to Fusion 360. It makes life so much easier. I still use TInkercad for quick simple things from time to time.
