    EDIT: 1/23/14
Fixed: Pause and resume is not working properly.
Instead of moving axis back, code commands to remember position with M114 and restore with G92

This is for those who use CURA for their prints.
Looking at CURA model layers you can use this program to make changes to layer numbers rather then height.

This is useful when you want to slow down or speed up at some layers.

    NOTE:
Selected layer changes will effect all layers below. So if you want your change from layer 10 to 20, layer 20 would need to be changed back to what you want.
    For example
Print settings: Nozzle Temp 210 Speed 100%
Layer 10 gets changed to Nozzle Temp 230 and speed 50%
Layer 20 will print same as layer 10 because layer 10 changes effect all layers below.
Change layer 20 to Nozzle Temp 210 and Speed 100% to have the rest be back to normal

    Plans to add features:
Restore selected layer to G-Code default.

That CURA forum is part of the ultimaker forum, so no need for me to double post.

So updated the FAQ with the forum posting here saying there has been an update in the app. Anyway we can get you to put it at a URL that isn't going to constantly change (though I know Dropbox is a great place to use a distributed system for this sort of thing).

Tony, I can put the URL in the FAQ and we can update it when there's an update. You could also share not just the file but a whole folder and put versions of the program in there. Just got to make sure you remember to update the version numbers.

So can admin fix inability to edit original post ?
Its kinda strange that this problem even exist. Anybody should be able to edit their posts, especially when it comes to things that get updated.

    Version 1.06 is out
    Download from https://www.dropbox.com/s/hz12ynenu41b8o6/G-Code Modifier.zip
    V1.06
Lost of work was done. Modifications are now entered with comments.
Because there are comments, program can identify previously entered data and let you modify it from GUI.
Layers with previously entered modifications are identified with a warming icon.
Added "Clear" button to clear any changes made to selected layer
    Added Settings.ini for basic configurations.
Clicked layer will get checked for previous modifications and display results accordingly.

    NOTE:
Changes to layers will be identified starting from this version only. Any previous changes made using earlier version will not be identified.
    NOTE:
Changing Settings.ini SearchAtOpen=No to Yes will identify modified layers and display them automatically, BUT searching will take long time, so it is No by default.

OK this topic needs to be renamed.
My new version 1.1 is supporting both CURA and Repetier Slic3r codes.
Links are all valid except for post #1 that i cannot edit.
1 thing to keep in mind that when using Repetier, you have to configure Slic3r options to enable comments.
Open Slic3r Settings and click "Printer Settings" Tab.
Click "Output options" and check box with "Verbose G-code"

Next time you slice your model, in Repetier's G-Code Editor tab, click Save icon. This is the correct way to export G-code with comments. Saving it as a Job will delete comments making it useless for my program.

    Thanks

I just tried Cura and, wow. Significantly better than Repetier - smoother, faster, crisper. Essentially eliminated the x banding I've always had. I understand if ROBO doesn't want to equip its machines with a competitor's software, but Repetier does them few favors to recommend their product. The machine is better than I thought - when given the right commands, anyway. Repetier works, but Cura just works better.
