Your printer is only as good as a software that runs it or Gcode generated.
Repetier generates gcode same as cura does, but repetier is a mess with settings, where as CURA already has everything balanced out.

Repetier uses Slic3r wheras Cura uses open source code.

Yea, they are completely different slicers and will generate different gcode.
This means they just have difference approaches to how they will 'build' the 3D model.

Some models have been problematic for me in one or the other, so always try a different one if the one you are using goes bonkers.

    Just updated to version 1.3
Added support for CraftWare generated Gcode.
    no other changes.
Link is the same. I cannot edit my 1st post, so (this forum rule does not suck, it blows)
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/hz12ynenu41b8o6/G-Code Modifier.zip

BTW CraftWare is awesome program. At this point it has no direct print feature, but as far as seeing what you generate and ability to manually create supports with a click of a mouse and tweak advanced settings makes it CURA on Slic3r steroids.
Everyone should give it a try. (the craftware)

    EDIT:
Craftwre has evolved allot since this post. they now implemented vector slicer so quality is a match to CURA if not greater due to perimeter handling.
They also have direct print support but i have yet tested it.

Also thanks to ROBO3D forum administration for finally removing the "Edit Post" restriction.

Select other and specify dimentions, nozzle and heated bed. Thats it.

Try craftware with experimental feature under slicer advanced setting.
It handles multiple perimeters better then cure ever will.
Print quality is the same but craftware is much faster and offers more features
