I am trying to print stuff but every time it gets messed up in the exact same spot. i have tried using glue, hairspray, glue rubbed in with isopropyl alcohol. i have made sure that the Zs are leveled. i have noticed that the closer it gets to the right side the lower in quality the layers get.

The Z is unlevel (there is a rise or a dip) where it is not sticking
If that portion of the bed is the only flaw try re-positioning the model in the slicer/host program so that it is not sitting on that spot.
    Try using a raft.
