Updated Matter Control...now printer does not connect...

    I recently downloaded the new update for Matter Control (1.1.3) and now my printer will not connect to the software. My computer recognizes when I disconnect and connect it, but nothing in the program. I tried to connect with Repetier and it worked; I just prefer Matter Control. Any help would be great!

    What does your arduino show up as in device manager?

    update it to Arduino Mega 2560


    download arduino ide from arduino.cc if you dont have the driver

    I guess it just needed some time to think overnight...I restarted both the printer and computer multiple times yesterday with no luck...shut it down overnight and now when I fired it up it connected...weird! Thanks for trying though.

    While I have you here...do you know how I can change the default max extruder temperature for the printer? I looked at earlier forums, but I do not know how to get to the file to change the programming.
