Solved Volcano E3D V6 Nozzle 1.2mm config

    Hola amigos, saludos desde Guatemala, espero todos este muy bien referente a la calamidad global por la que estamos pasando.

    Tengo un problema para lograr calibrar con exactitud mi impresora, hace 2 años que no la uso, y pues actualmente decidi modificarle la punta caliente y el extrusor, y como lo que necesito imprimir es muy grande (no necesito que salga con buena calidad), pues decidi ponerle un nozzle de 1.2mm.

    Mi problema es que por mas que intento cambiar cualquier parametro, no logro hacer que imprima bien, ni siquiera la primera capa, veo que la velocidad en que saca el filamento es bastante rapida, y pues deja unas lineas muy feas.

    Ya cambie los parametros de velocidad, de extrusion, e incluso toqueteo el config.h. envio fotos de las configuraciones, quiza alguno de ustedes me puede ayudar.

    PD PUEDEN RESPONDER EN INGLES, PUEDO LEERLO, MI PROBLEMA ES ESCRIBIRLO ;v

    Glad you mentioned it was using the volcano adapter... otherwise 1.2mm would never work :)
    I would suggest start by moving all of you print speeds down by 50% and run a test. If it is not better (a lot better) then slowing it down is not a solution. You may want to speed it up ... Another thing to check is the parts fan. It needs to be running full speed since it has a LOT more plastic to cool down and slowing down the print might help, but really you may need to get a better fan OR a second one. If you are not using one of the ducted fan shrouds you should consider that as well... anything that will help the cooling.
