First thing, you can try turning on your heat bed 55C just to get a little better adhesion. Check to make sure the belts are tight enough and the extruder is not wiggling when you move it with your hand. It may be that your belts need to be tightened down a little bit. Post a picture of a flat surface so that we have reference to it.

I'm guessing here without a pic, but what I consider squiggly lines typically mean the nozzle is too close by the bed. Ignore it if it doesn't bother you, but if it does, you can increase your nozzle gap by a tiny amount or reduce the height of your first layer a little.

Looks like you might be a little high. Otherwise something is loose, perhaps a broken rod support.

how could I level the bed? it starts a prinrt and c=goes back to do the next layer and the previous layer globs up on the nozzle.

You're too high if it's not adhering on the first layer. Your bed levelness shouldn't make a major difference if your z height is correct.

remove/loosen the clip, pull the belt out of the holder noting it's starting notch. Tighten it a few notches and reassembly. Verify it's not over tightened

Though your print doesn't look like it's a belt issue, looks like you haven't calibrated it fully yet.
