Okay so I have the E3D v6 and I managed to get some new nozzles for it (compatible not Originals). I wanted to print out a mini I had been sitting on and I wanted to use my 0.2mm. But it didn’t turn out that great. Just glad I started as I got ready for work so I could stop it. I was hoping someone had any recommended settings for a 0.2mm nozzle.

    What I am using
    Extruder: E3D V6
    Nozzle: 0.2mm
    Printer: ROBO 3D R1 PLUS
    Slicer: MatterControl 2.0 (latest update)
    Material: MatterHacker PETG White 1.75mm

    Current slicer settings
    Speed: 25mm/s
    Layer height first layer: 0.1mm
    Layer height: 0.1mm
Fan active after certain height ( don’t know precisely)
    Bed temp: 70’c
    Extruder temp: 250’c

I think it was too slow on the filament and the layer was too low. Mayer change layer to 0.15mm.

But does anyone have any better setting?

Print speed might need to be slower. When you reduce the nozzle diameter 50% then reducing the print speed 50% is a starting point for tuning it :)
