Sorry about that! Of the 125 kits shipped so far, only 3 have had missing parts. Not bad for my first go at this, I'd say! :)

You should be able to find this information published in the tech data sheets for the materials you are trying.

Very cool. I'm excited to get mine. I ordered 12 lbs of ABS & 4 lbs of PLA. Assuming it works as advertised I should be good on filament. I also order several colors of color batch.

*sigh* Just realized I'm also missing the 4 3'' bolts, At least I should be able to get these at the hardware store.

I will get you exact specs but when I measured it seemed equal to or even more consistent than the Octave filament I have. I still haven't printed with it yet.... Going to soon though..

Had it set to 180.2 degrees. It would flux a few degree up and down but the longer I ran it the more consistent the temp stayed to 180.

So ~180 for PLA good info.

Maybe Harry could create a thread for nothing but extrusion specifications It would be helpful to have it all in one place.

I think it's around 140c for PLA, but it's also recommended to have a puller/spooler for PLA.

That's why I'm not doing PLA yet.
The puller recommended looks expensive to build. Lots of parts from multiple sources.
Maybe if someone sold a "puller kit".....

I don't think it would be that expensive, most the parts are printed and the electronics could be cheap if you went the china route. I think Ian is working on a custom controller board for it, that will probably be expensive though.

I looked at the parts list and it seemed they all came from different suppliers. I'm just thinking paying shipping from several sources gets pricy.
