When I first received my ROBO 3D plus I went through the instructional video. In the video, she talks about manually testing th X, Y, Z motors and movement. I did so without problem. Changing out the filament the other night I tried to center the extruder from it's home position off to the side with the controls and all it did was jump a little. I can't get manual control back.

Thanks, I know I'm asking a lot of questions. Only 3 days into the world of 3D printing and loving it.

You may have to home first if you have not.
When you turn it off and back on again it forgets that it was HOME so until you tell it to GO HOME it will not know this.

When I hit the home button it doesn't do anything.

    Turn everything off.
Manually move the extruder to the middle of the bed
Turn it back on and try to home.

Let me know what it does.
Sounds like you may have a problem...

It should at least wiggle a bit as it goes to home and realizes it already is.

When you try to move it manually are you using Matter Control?f

If so check to see HOW MUCH you are asking it to move.

I had a four hour conference call today and got a chance to do a lot of reading. I realized Matter Control has a touch screen option. I'm working from a touch screen 2 in 1. I switched to this mode and it seems to be working. I did what you said Mark and it went to its home position. I can move the axis by taping the button on the screen now. Thanks
