Y axis dont moves

    The Y axis does not walk. I stopped working overnight, and I already tried to disconnect the motor cable, to reset it and it does not work. when I send a file to print it simply jams and spills filament without being able to print because the Y axis does not work. it only has one month my printer and I could print only until the first filament was exhausted.

    Sounds like the gantry is bound up or the stepper is bad or the control board is bad.
    Almost all of those will require Robo sending you parts so contact them.
