I just got my robo r1 + refurb a few days ago and decided to start it up today. I have had a little experience with 3d printers before. I have had the mono price maker select has my first one and it caught on fire... My problem right out of the box is that my z axis is all out of whack. First when you home it, it is a good 100 mm above the build plate. Second, it is unleveled whenever it has to go up or down. Third, it makes this annoying grinding sound whenever it attempts to move. I really need help. But keep in mind I am only 14 and do not exactly no how to sauder or anything like that. I will provide pictures and videos below. I hope this wonderful form can solve my issues because I am in need right now!

It looks like your z axis isn't even, based on that first picture. Try spinning the threaded rod on the right so that it looks level and try again

Agreed. You'll need to level the x axis to the y axis (bed). When you home it should come down and touch the bed

You can spin the right side with the power off to get them even, with the power on the printer tries to keep the motors in place.

With the power off hold the one and turn the other to bring them down level on the bed.

I tried this already and when it started printing it jumped back up to the same position as before

Is only one of the threaded rods spinning when you try to go up or down? Are they spinning in opposite directions ?
